A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to reserve your local moving date. Local moves are billed based on the actual time required, subject to a two-hour minimum. Your estimate may change based on the services performed and conditions encountered. The timing of final payment and application of the deposit will be outlined in your moving agreement.
A non-refundable $1,500 deposit is required to reserve your long-distance move. Once the truck is fully loaded, 50% of the agreed moving charges is due. The remaining 50% is due after your belongings have been delivered and unloaded and the move is complete. Your $1,500 deposit is deducted from this second, final payment.
All deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or rescheduling, subject to applicable law and the terms of your signed agreement. All payments and any applicable additional charges are governed by your signed moving agreement. Please review your estimate and contract for the specific terms of your move.
Pricing depends on your inventory, access, crew size, travel, and services requested. We’ll collect the details and prepare an estimate tailored to your move.
Yes. Local moves have a two-hour minimum, and billing is based on actual time worked under your agreement.

Additional items, stairs, long carries, difficult access, disassembly, packing needs, delays, and changes in scope may add time. That’s why we ask detailed questions in advance.
Our rate reflects detailed planning, trained crews, professional protection techniques, and a focus on efficient, careful work. The hourly rate alone doesn’t tell you the total value or experience.
Any applicable truck, travel, material, or other charges will be explained in your written estimate and agreement. We want you to understand the pricing before moving day.
We recommend crew size based on your inventory, access, timeline, and any specialty items. The right team can help your move run more efficiently.
We’ll communicate changes as they arise. Since local moves are billed by actual time, additional time can increase the final total.
We plan the right crew size to target approximately eight hours per day whenever possible. Overtime, when applicable under your agreement, is billed at time and a half.

Yes, we can discuss packing as part of your moving plan and schedule it separately when appropriate.
Please identify everything moving, secure valuables and personal documents, clear walkways, arrange parking or elevator access, and finish any packing you’ve agreed to handle.
Please tell us what’s inside and what kind of furniture you have. We’ll advise whether drawers need to be emptied for safe handling.
That depends on the furniture, weight, contents, and safety of transport. We’ll give you specific instructions before moving day.
Let us know as soon as possible. We can discuss whether packing help is available, but extra work can add time and cost.
We recommend you or an authorized decision-maker be available at the beginning and end and reachable throughout the move for questions and placement decisions.
We’ll gladly check our schedule and available resources. Short-notice moves depend on crew, equipment, and truck availability.
We plan packing, loading, transport, and delivery by day, assigning an appropriate crew to aim for roughly eight-hour workdays and reduce overtime exposure. Actual time may vary.
Our crews are trained in professional wrapping, padding, secure handling, and loading techniques appropriate to each piece.
We assess the property and use suitable protection and careful handling techniques where needed. Please tell us about delicate surfaces or access concerns.
We can assess special pieces and discuss the right handling or crating plan. Some fragile or compromised items require special terms or may not be safe to move.

We just completed a move with All Out Movers today. We have moved many times and believe me when I say that these guys are by far the best movers we have ever utilized. We have custom solid wood furniture and none of it was damaged. All of the pieces were well secured and these guys went the extra mile to ensure that nothing got damaged. Josh and Christian helped my mom move out of her old house and into her new house. They helped us swap furniture and a fridge and freezer between our two houses recently. My mom is 79. She had to trust All Out Movers, a group she'd never worked with before, to get a very important piece of furniture from Carson City, to her home in North Lake Tahoe. The furniture company reached out to two other movers before All Out Movers came into the picture. The furniture company told my mom they did not trust the other 2 companies but felt great about All Out Movers and the communication they had. These guys delivered every step of the way, including txt alerts when they were running late (weather related conditions). We moved from Folsom, CA to Nevada and honestly we werent sure what to expect. All Out Movers gave us an incredible quote and we went with them based on their reviews. Josh and his team went beyond our expectations in taking care of us. My first comment to Josh is we were very stressed out and his response was we are here to take care of you, we got this. They protected the doors with blankets and rolled out moving carpets to minimize their impact, they did this on leaving and at the new house. They wrapped all of the furniture to minimize any damage. They went so far as to start assembling the furniture at the new house and I said they didnt need to do that. They helped to repack the large TV in its original box and put it back together, the safest way to move large tvs is in the original box which I had kept specifically for a move. This team was beyond courteous and professional in moving us, I cant see how it could have been better. We moved over Thanksgiving weekend trying to avoid the snow in the pass and Josh's response was they would absolutely move over the passes as long as it was open, so something to consider. Other movers I asked said they wont move over the pass from Dec-Feb. Pricing from All Out Movers was amazing, less than half what others were quoting me. If you need a mover you should absolutely talk to these people. Thank you All Out Movers for making this highly stressful activity into something that is positive. Now if someone could unpack all of our boxes that would be terrific, just kidding....
Cristian, Dylan, Josh came out with little notice and moved a 500lbs fish tank. The job was phenomenally harder than I expected, but they were professional, hard-working, and proficient. They made the whole thing move quickly and did an awesome job. You guys rock!
